ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, terms beginning with a capital letter shall have the following meaning:

• "Site": refers to the website accessible at www.globalriskpredictor.com, as well as all its pages and functionalities.
• "Publisher" / "We" / "Us": refers to Gilles Legrand, Individual Entrepreneur, operating the Site under the commercial name Global Risk Predictor.
• "User" / "You": refers to any natural or legal person who accesses the Site or uses the services, whether logged into an account or not.
• "Services": refers to all functionalities offered on the Site, including simulators, scores, analyses, informational content, etc.
• "Account": refers to the personal space created by a User to access certain services.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Access to and use of the Site are subject to unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and accept them.

If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO THE SITE AND SERVICES

3.1 Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge and 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled maintenance or events beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher strives to maintain the accessibility of the Site, but cannot guarantee absolute availability.

3.2 Account Creation

Access to certain Services (simulators, history, advanced features) requires the creation of an Account. To create an Account, you must:

• Be a natural person of legal age and legally capable, or a legal entity represented by an authorized person.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (last name, first name, email, etc.).
• Choose a secure password and keep it confidential.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out from your Account. You agree to immediately inform the Publisher of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension or Termination

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal use, or at the User's request.

ARTICLE 4 - SERVICES OFFERED

4.1 Sector Simulators

The Site offers 6 sector simulators (Technology, Industry, Health, Services, Construction, Distribution) allowing analysis of a company's financial health and obtaining:

• A resilience score (0 to 100%)
• A default probability (estimated risk of default within 12 months)
• Personalized recommendations
• What-If simulations (depending on formula)

4.2 Informational Content

The Site also offers informational content (articles, FAQ, descriptions) relating to financial analysis, risk management and our services.

4.3 Paid Formulas

Some Services are subject to pricing (SaaS subscription, consulting, audit). The financial conditions are detailed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 5 - USER'S RESPONSIBILITY

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws.
• Not infringe the integrity of the Site or the security of data.
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site.
• Not collect or use other Users' data without authorization.
• Not disseminate illegal, defamatory, insulting content or content contrary to public order.
• Not use robots, scripts or other automated means to access the Site.
• Not perform reverse engineering on the Site's algorithms and software.

In case of breach of these obligations, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prejudice to legal proceedings.

The information provided on the Site (scores, analyses, recommendations) are estimates based on mathematical and statistical models. They do not constitute in any way:

All elements of the Site (structure, texts, images, logos, icons, videos, sounds, databases, software, algorithms) are the exclusive property of Gilles Legrand or its partners, and are protected by copyright, trademark law, database law and patent law.

The User benefits from a right of access and use of the Site for personal and non-commercial purposes (except for professional Clients in the context of their activity).

7.3 Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited:
